Two local men have been charged with possession of heroin following a complaint about a suspicious vehicle.
On 2/9/2017, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joshua Vanderwall, age 27 of Seneca Falls, NY and Benjamin Robenolt, age 23, of Waterloo, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
The arrests stem from a suspicious vehicle complaint where the vehicle that Vanderwall was operating was subsequently stopped by police.
Vanderwall and Robenolt were found to be in possession of a quantity of heroin.
Vanderwall and Robenolt were released on appearance tickets and are to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date for arraignment.
Police reports cannot contain all the facts of a case, and readers are urged not to make assumptions of guilt. That can only be determined through due process of law. An arrest is not a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
