On April 11, 2017, the New York State Police and the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jeremiah Tomion (age 23, of Penn Yan, NY) in the Town of Seneca Falls (Seneca County) for Attempted Rape 1st (a class C Felony), and Attempted Disseminating Indecent Material To Minors 1st (a class E Felony).
It is alleged that Jeremiah Tomion was attempting to engage a 12-year-old female in sexual contact.
Tomion was taken into custody by the New York State Police and the Seneca Falls Police Department prior to Tomion having any contact with the 12-year-old female.
Tomion was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $5,000.00 cash bail /$10,000 property bond.
