Multiple charges were filed against a Romulus man accused of choking, pushing and hitting a woman in an incident on Saturday.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 5/12/2012 at 7:15am, Deputies arrested Alexander F. Drake-Dobbie age 22 of 6847 Wells Hollow Road in the Town of Romulus. Drake-Dobbie was charged with one count of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, one count of Unlawful Imprisonment in the second degree, one count of Assault in the third degree, all class A misdemeanors and also Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation.
The charges stem from an incident where it is alleged that Drake-Dobbie choked a female victim and pushed her several times causing physical injury. During the incident it is also alleged that Drake-Dobbie held the female victim face down on a bed and struck her in the back of the head.
Drake-Dobbie was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail $2,000 bond. Drake-Dobbie is to re-appear in the Town of Romulus Court on May 25th to answer to the charges.
