Six people, including 4 men and 2 women were arrested in a Drug bust in Seneca Falls. All but one, a Geneva man, are Seneca Falls residents. All 5 Seneca Falls residents were charged with growing cannabis and possession of the drug. The Geneva man was charged with possession and Operating with a Suspended Registration, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. One Seneca Falls resident was additionally charged with Criminal Nuisance.
The search warrant that led to the arrests was executed at 8 Montgomery Street in the Town of Seneca Falls, the home of Tama and Sara Walker, and Adam Lyman who were among those arrested.
06-14-2012 – The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested the six individuals following an investigation into alleged drug activity at a Town of Seneca Falls residence. Members of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and Seneca Falls Police executed a search warrant at 8 Montgomery Street in the Town of Seneca Falls shortly after 9:00 AM this morning.
The search warrant led to the seizure of a quantity of marijuana in various forms including marijuana plants, scales, drug paraphernalia, and other items related to illegal drug trafficking.
The following subjects were charged as a result of the execution of the search warrant:
Adam D. Lyman, 23, of 8 Montgomery Street, Seneca Falls, New York, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Unlawful Growing of Cannabis, and Criminal Nuisance in the second degree. Lyman was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 secured bond. Lyman is to reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on June 27, 2012 at 9am.
Sara E. Walker, 18, of 8 Montgomery Street, Seneca Falls, New York, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Growing of Cannabis. Walker was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 secured bond. Walker is to reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on June 27, 2012 at 9am.
Nicholas A. Wheeler, 20, of 74 State Street, Seneca Falls, New York, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Growing of Cannabis. Wheeler was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 secured bond. Wheeler is to reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on June 27, 2012 at 9am.

Fischer was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 secured bond. Fischer is to reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on June 27, 2012 at 9am.
Tama M. Walker, 44, of 8 Montgomery Street, Seneca Falls, New York, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Growing of Cannabis. Walker was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 secured bond. Walker is to reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on June 27, 2012 at 9am.
Jeffrey C. Smith, 35, of 2285 Townline Road, Geneva, New York, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Operating with a Suspended Registration, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the second degree. Smith was released on a n appearance ticket and is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on June 28, 2012 at 10am.
















Gee it’s about time. I have known for years and said that is nothing but a drug house. Not surprising to me at all.
Seneca county needs to leave people alone! If there were jobs available people would be there but no we are out tryin to feed our family’s! They had weed, its not like they had a meth lab blowing up the town!
