Nathan D. Brand, age 22, of 0199 Dickenson Rd., Clyde, was charged on 06/18/12 at 1525 hrs. Waterloo Village Police Dept on a warrant of arrest for 3 counts of petit larceny.
It is alleged that Brand stole a total of $145.00 in cash, on three separate dates in May 2012, from inside a residence in the Village of Waterloo.
Brand was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and Released on his own recognizance. Brand is to reappear in Village Court on 8/1/12. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
