Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Waterloo man was arrested on June 15th 2012 after a joint investigation by the Sheriff’s Office, Waterloo P.D. and Child Protective Services.
Arrested was Thomas E Bennett, age 38, of 22 Wycliffe Road, Waterloo N.Y. for one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
It is alleged that Bennett acted in a sexual manner with an eight year old child at a Village of Waterloo residence.
Bennett was released to appear in the Village of Waterloo court on 06/27/2012. Child Protective Service remains involved and the investigation is continuing.

i think that the power the cops and cps think they have around here is wrong. what they didnt tell you is that the 8 year old told the cops and cps she lied about it but the cops told tom ether he plead guilty to a charge or they were taking the kids and putting them in foster homes and him in jail. wegmans where tom worked til thurs the 21 told him he had to sign papers and tried to make him go to see a shink and cuz he didnt sign them wegmans fired him without due cause. his family is getting wronged over a child telling a lie.
