On 6/26/12 Seneca Falls Police arrested two subjects for Assault in the Third Degree a class A misdemeanor. The assault occurred on 4/1/12, where it is alleged that a male victim was assaulted at a Town of Seneca Falls residence. Charged were:
Charles P. Barbay IV of 14 Barker St, Seneca Falls NY 13148 and Joseph M. Larson of 1465 Gravel Rd, Seneca Falls NY 13148.
Both were served with Criminal Summons to appear on 7/5/12 in the Town of Seneca Falls Court @ 10AM.
