The new Seneca Falls Hampton Inn, shown here under construction, is now complete and accepting visitors. The 81 room facility opened Monday evening.
While some residents are skeptical of a tourist boom in Seneca Falls, it appears the hotel chains are confident of the future of the area. The Hampton Inn hotel chain has just opened a new 81-room hotel on Balsey Road.
The hotel features a modern custom color scheme, a 600 square foot fitness center, an indoor pool and complimentary breakfasts. The hotel also has 1,134 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space and offers free hi-speed internet.
Although the hotel is now open, the web site had not yet been updated when we posted this. However it appears corporate headquarters is currently in the process of updating the web site’s reservation system. The hotel opened about 10 days ahead of schedule.
