The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Brandon R. Acevedo, 18, of 27 E Water St. Waterloo on 7/14/12 at 1:55 am for Driving While Intoxicated. Deputies state that Acevedo was stopped on North Rd. in the Town of Waterloo for traffic infractions and Acevedo was found to be intoxicated.
Acevedo was charged with 2 counts of Failure to Signal, one count of Failure to Keep Right, one count of Failure to Use Designated Lane and DWI. Acevedo was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and was committed to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond and is to re appear on 8/9/12 to answer the charges.
