Buffalo poet, Lynn Ciesielski, will read from her first chapbook entitled, I Speak in Tongues at Seneca Falls Library, 47 Cayuga Street in Seneca Falls on August 16, from 3-6pm. Copies of her book will be available for sale for $10.00 each and the poet will be on hand to sign them. There will be time allotted for open readings.
Ciesielski studied beginning and advanced poetry through correspondence for two years with Jim Bennett of The Poetry Kit from Liverpool, England. Her work has been published in the Buffalo News, Iodine Poetry Journal, Wild Goose Poetry Review, Artvoice and Barbaric Yawp. She works on a team to review poetry books for Pulsar Poetry Webzine.
