Here at Condé Nast Traveler, we love cheese (a fine platter of fromage does not last long around these parts), so that’s why we’re excited to fill you in on the curd-tasticFinger Lakes Cheese Festival taking place today in Rock Stem, New York.
For the first time, all 14 farms along the Finger Lakes Cheese Trail will have their goods available in one place: goudas, cheddars, chèvres, and much, much more. All the cheeses are made locally, and come from family-owned creameries and generations-old farms; we’ve rounded up some of the deliciously stinky products on sale.
