The arrest of a Geneva man on a warrant for for failure to pay a fine in Seneca Falls Town Court represents an example of police agencies and courts working together.
On 07.22.2012 @ 10:28 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Nigel A. Spahr, age 23 of 47 Genesee Street Apartment 6 Geneva. Spahr was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court for failure to pay a fine.
NYSP had originally stopped Spahr in the Town of Waterloo on an unrelated matter.
Arraignment was before Village of Waterloo Justice Dean Mattoon. Spahr was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500.00 cash bail or $1,000.00 secure bond.
Spahr is due back in Seneca Falls Town Court on 08.08.2012 to further answer the charge. SFPD was assisted by the New York State Police with the arrest.
