Written by A Seneca Falls Police Officer who was responding to a call at Hunter Run Town Homes, saw a man wanted on an outstanding warrant for trespass, and arrested him.
On August 3rd 2012 at approximately 7:47pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Dwayne W.C. Hardy age 20 of 25 Peterman Road Seneca Falls on an arrest warrant for trespass. While on a complaint, an officer who had knowledge of Hardy’s warrant observed him outside at the Hunter Run Town homes.
Hardy was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was released on his own recognizance. Hardy is to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 22nd 2012 at 9:00am to answer his charges.
