An Ithaca man was arrested by Ithaca police and then transferred to Seneca Falls officials an a warrant for aggravated harassment.
On August 3rd 2012 at approximately 12:12am Seneca Falls Police arrested Andrew J. Ginter age 57 of 308 West Seneca Street Ithaca on an arrest warrant for aggravated harassment.
Ginter allegedly made left threatening phone messages to an individual on June 21st 2012. Ginter was taken into custody by Ithaca Police officers and transferred into custody of Seneca Falls Police officers.
Ginter was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1500 cash bail $3000 bond.
Ginter is to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 8th 2012 at 10:00am to answer his charges.
