Seneca Falls police reported arrests for DWI, underage drinking and petit larceny last week.
On 08.04.12 at approximately 10:12 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Andrea M. Lusby, age 27, of 13644 Savannah Lake Road Savannah, New York. Police responded to a two car motor vehicle accident on Lake Road and as a result, Lusby was charged with: Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Unsafe Speed, and uninspected Motor Vehicle. Lusby was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was released. Lusby is due back in court on 09.12.12 @ 9:00 AM to further answer the charges.
On 08.05.12 at approximately 4:12 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested a 17 year-old male. The arrest was the result of a report of a missing juvenile and possible underage party. A 17 year-old was charged with possession of alcohol under 21 years of age. The 17 year-old was issued an appearance ticket and released to a parent. The name of the 17 year-old is being withheld due to being eligible for Youthful Offender Status.
On 08.10.12 at approximately 7:05 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Tiffany J. Rawlins, age 21, and Marcquise E. Sanford, age 21, both of 22 A Daniels Street Seneca Falls, New York for Petit Larceny. Both were allegedly observed stealing groceries from a Seneca Falls business. Both were released on appearance tickets and are to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 08.16.12 @ 10:00 AM.
