On 08.15.12 at approximately 9:02 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Charleen M. Vargarson, age 23, and James A. Adler, age 23, both of 940 Waterloo- Geneva Road Waterloo, New York. Both were allegedly observed stealing items from a Seneca Falls business.
Both were charged with Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5TH degreee, Conspiracy in the 6TH Degre, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Both were released on Appearance tickets for a 08.23.12 Seneca falls own Court appearance at 10:00 AM.
