FLH Medical, P.C. is pleased to announce the opening of its third Urgent Care location. The newest location is at 369 East Main Street, Waterloo, in the office of Dr. Philipp Wirth and Dr. Andrew Reese, and will provide on-site X-Ray services.
Urgent Care services are designed for all minor injuries and unexpected illnesses. The service will be open evenings and weekends to provide convenient care for a variety of health concerns and will treat patients of all ages. “The community expressed the need for urgent care services in Seneca County and we are pleased to be able to offer this much needed service. Providing access to care in the evening hours and weekends with shorter wait times to address unexpected medical concerns serves an important need,” explained Wendy Disbrow, Administrator of FLH Medical, P.C.
The service is staffed by physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff who are ready to provide on–the-spot care for injuries such as sprains and strains, minor cuts and burns, sports injuries, as well as unexpected illnesses including earaches, cough, sore throat, cold or flu. The service is designed to serve patients during hours when a physician’s office may be closed and for health concerns that do not require emergency room-level care.
Urgent Care-Waterloo will be open Monday – Friday from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Most insurances are accepted. Walk-ins are welcome. For an appointment or more information, call (315) 835-4900.
