| A joint investigation focusing on the sale and distribution of heroin in Seneca County conducted by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and the New York State Police, Community Narcotics Enforcement Team resulted in the arrest of the following two persons:
Mark S. Snyder, 52, of 11490 Route 31, Clyde, New York, was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree (Class B Felony) and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree (Class B Felonies). Amy L. Marro, 44, of 2841 Farron Road, Seneca Falls, New York, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree (Class B Felony) and Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument (Class A Misdemeanor). It is alleged that Snyder and Marro were in possession of fifty (50) individually packaged baggies of heroin after the vehicle the pair were in was stopped by Investigators in the Town of Junius. Investigators. Also recovered eleven hypodermic needles/syringes and a quantity of United States currency. It is further alleged that Snyder sold a narcotic drug to another person in January of 2013 in the Town of Seneca Falls. Snyder was arraigned in the Lodi Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $20,000 cash bail/$40,000 secured bond. Snyder is to reappear in the Lodi Town Court on March 6, 2013 at 11am. Snyder is also wanted by the Irondequoit Police Department for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree. Marro was also arraigned in the Lodi Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 secured bond. Marro is to reappear in the Lodi Town Court on March 21, 2013 at 7pm. An arrest is not a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty. |















Amy Marro works for the Fingerlakes DDSO (and has for many years) and has been able to fall through the cracks of any drug testing (due to her seniority?) she is taking care of our handicapped community members while under the influence……….makes me sick that no one would do anything about this menace! I hope her day has come!
