Frank was born October 1, 1950 in Brooklyn, New York, the third son of Italo “Frank”, Sr. and Carmella “Mildred” Leone Presutti. Frank found his lifetime dance partner, Sharon Kowalewski at SUNY Buffalo, where he earned his BS degree in Management with a major in Accounting. They were married in Buffalo May 25, 1974. Frank developed his financial and management expertise through a wide array of employment. He began his career at Carborundum in Niagara Falls, then in 1975, he and Sharon moved to the wonderful community of Seneca Falls to begin his employment with Goulds Pumps. Frank was employed at Goulds for 14 years. Leaving Goulds, he moved to the Carrier Corp. in Syracuse, where he worked for a number of years. After independent Financial Consulting for a few of years, Frank joined the John Hancock Insurance Company in Syracuse where he received his insurance and investment training. Currently, Frank was employed with New York Life Insurance Company in Syracuse and was a member of the Certified Life Underwriters (CLU).
As a longtime and very enthusiastic participant of The First Presbyterian Church in Waterloo, Frank served on the Church Session, Personnel Committee, and Stewardship Committee. His concern and love for his adopted community directed Frank to become a member of the Seneca Falls Town Planning Board, where he served up until his death. Along with his wife, Frank was a longtime member and past president of The Social Ballroom Dance Club of the Finger Lakes. Dedicated to his children, Frank was active in youth sports, especially the Seneca County Soccer Club.
