Jodi Maria Crowley, age 28, of Lounsberry Road in Brooktondale, died on Monday, June 29, 2011 at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.
Jodi was born in Ithaca on July 13, 1982 a daughter of Theodore E. and Margaret A. (Inscoe) Campbell Sr. She was graduate of the South Seneca Class of 2000, and attended Elmira College. For nearly seven years, Jodi has worked as a team leader and residence counselor at Unity House on State Street in Ithaca.
Jodi is survived by her wife of 3 years, Angela N. Crowley; her beloved son, Kevin James Lampman of Enfield, her parents, Ted and Maggie Campbell of Ovid; siblings, Cortney Bailey of Enfield, William Jennings of Interlaken, Theodore E. Campbell Jr. of Slaterville, Solomon Butler of Ovid, Danielle Sweeting of N.Carolina, Abigail Campbell of Groton, Adam Campbell of Interlaken, Keith Welch-Campbell and Mary Kathryn Welch-Campbell of Ovid; her paternal grandfather, William Campbell Sr. of Ithaca; her grandparents in law, Benny F. and Marion Brady of Grandbury, TX, mother in law, Rhonda (Douglas) Rhea ; brothers in law, Robert (Kelly), Benny and Jeremy Crowley all of Texarkana, TX, and a very large extended family. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, LeRoy Inscoe, maternal grandmother, Eleanor Stickane, an paternal grandmother, Mary Ann Casselbury.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, July 1, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00pm at Covert Funeral Home, 7199 So. Main Street, Ovid. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at St. James Catholic Church, 17 Whig Street in Trumansburg, by Fr. John Tokaz, OFMCap.
