Kings Garden Vineyards and Suzanne Fine Regional Cuisine will present a five-course dinner on Friday, April 29th.
Bob and Suzanne Stack, owners of Suzanne Fine Regional Cuisine, and Mike and Corinne Oleksyn, owners of Kings Garden Vineyards, will start the evening at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception, including hors d’oeuvres and an initial wine pairing. They will preview some of the new Kings Garden wines that have not been released.
A five-course dinner, with different wines for each course, will begin 
at 7 p.m. Among the dishes will be fresh sheep’s milk ricotta and mint ravioli, phyllo-wrapped organic Shetland salmon and chocolate silk tart with Riesling ice cream and a ganache-filled strawberry.
