Wilmer J. Hilkert, 96, of 16 Fayette Street, died Friday (May 20, 2011) at Huntington Living Center in Waterloo, surrounded by his loving family.
Friends may call from 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday (May 25) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11:00 am Thursday (May 26) at the funeral home. The Rev. Thomas Easttey, pastor of the Waterloo United Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Waterloo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Huntington Living Center, 369 E. Main St., Waterloo, 13165 or American Diabetes Association, Syracuse NY Office, 6390 Fly Road, 2nd Floor, E. Syracuse, 13057.
