The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on August 27th 2012 at 10:32am, Deputies arrested 16-year-old Joshua T. Bajdas, of 4887 State Route 96A, Romulus N.Y. (Hillside) for Falsely reporting an incident in the second degree, a class E Felony.

The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports Deputies responded to a fire that occurred at a Sawmill behind the residence at 5004 Rt. 414 in the Town of Varick on 6/30/2012 at 1:58 AM. The owner of the Sawmill is Ruben Z. Stoltzfus, age 50 of the same address.

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 4887 Route 96A, Romulus N.Y. 14541 for a fire alarm activation. Once on scene it was discovered that allegedly a 14 yr old Town of Varick juvenile pulled the pull station which activated the fire alarm. Varick Fire Department responded and discovered there was no fire.
