The first meeting of the Seneca Falls Downtown Revitalization Initiative Local Planning Committee is scheduled for December 4, at the Community Center.
The Seneca Falls Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) Local Planning Committee (LPC) will have its first meeting at the Community Center, 35 Water Street, Seneca Falls, NY at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. The Town of Seneca Falls is the recipient of the $10 million DRI award for the Finger Lakes region to advance the transformation of the Downtown.
Seneca Falls was nominated by the Finger Lakes Regional Economic Development Council based on the downtown’s potential for transformation, and each DRI community is awarded $10 million to develop a downtown strategic investment plan and implement key catalytic projects that advance the community’s vision for revitalization.
The meeting will provide an overview of the DRI program and the Town’s DRI application as well as the project’s schedule. The LPC will also review and discuss the vision and goals of the project.
Whether you are a resident, business owner, employer or potential investor, the Town encourages and welcomes your participation. The meeting is open to the public and there will be an opportunity for public comments at the end of the meeting.
