Waterloo - Amelia “Millie” J. Benge, 92, of formerly 114 E. Elisha St., died Thursday (May 3, 2012) at Huntington Living Center in Waterloo.
In keeping with Millie’s wishes there will be no prior calling hours. The memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday (May 8), at Coe-Genung Funeral Home. Rev. Ellen Donnan, pastor, of Junius Presbyterian Church will officiate.

Millie was born April 27, 1920 in Fayette, the daughter of the late Jay and Gertha Kuney Johnson. She was a lifelong resident of the Fayette and Waterloo areas. She retired from Garlock Inc. in 1975 after twenty years of employment. She was a very active volunteer in the Seneca County Senior Citizens.
She is survived by her son, John (Patricia) Bullock of Auburn; two step-daughters, Jean Williams of Shortsville, Shirley VanSickle of Lorain, OH; one grandson, John (Paula) Bullock of Rolla, MO; one great-granddaughter, Brenna Bullock; one step-great-grandson, Mason Nickason and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her step-daughter, Irene Webber, brother, James Johnson, and three sisters, Esther Demont, Gertha Powers, and Ellen Brown.
