Waterloo – Bland M. Beaver, 86, of W. Elizabeth St., Waterloo, NY, passed away on Wednesday (March 7, 2018) at Geneva General Hospital Geneva, NY.
Funeral services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no prior calling hours.
Bland was born in Milton, Pennsylvania on January 17, 1932 the son of the late Harry & Mildred Hanselman Beaver. He had resided most of his life in Waterloo and was retired from Gould’s Pumps of Seneca Falls where he was a supervisor in the pattern shop. Bland was a member and past commander of the V.F.W. Post #2670, Geneva, NY and a member of the Warner-VanRiper Post #435 American Legion, Waterloo, NY. He enjoyed the art of upholstering for over 60 years, working on furniture and cars. It was a wonderful side-job. Bland was, also, a huge Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan, along with Penn State too.

His wife, Dolores Buck Beaver of Waterloo, NY whom he married on July 11, 1953
1 daughter – Cindy (David) Dardano – Bellingham, Washington
1 son – Scott (Kathy) Beaver – Seneca Falls, NY
His grandchildren – Samantha & Tyler Dardano, Kelli (George) Tilton, & Domnick Beaver
His great grandchildren – Corrine & Megan Tilton, Domnick Jr. & Kayla Beaver, Braxtyn Girald, & Salvatore & Anthony Marcano.
2 brothers – Eugene (Penny) Beaver – Milton, PA.
Dale (Joan) Beaver – Milton, PA.

In addition to his parents, Bland was predeceased by 1 sister, Mariam Beaver & 2 brothers, Bernard & Teanse Beaver.
