Carol E. Taber, 65, of Park Place St. passed away Tuesday evening March 27, 2012 at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. Family and friends may call Friday (03-30-12) from 4pm - 7pm at the Sanderson-Moore Funeral Home, Inc. 32 State St. Seneca Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday 9:30 am at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, W. Bayard St. with Rev. James Fennessey, Celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Columbkille Cemetery.

Mrs. Taber was born in Seneca Falls the daughter of Clinton and Cora Clark Hooper on April 28, 1946. She remained in Seneca Falls her entire life and was a dedicated homemaker, mother and loving wife.

She attended St. Patrick’s Church and was a life member of the Seneca Falls Elks Lodge B.P.O.E #992.

Survived by two sons: Thomas (Cheryl) Taber, Donald (Terry) Taber of Seneca Falls. Daughters: Dottie Butler, Waterloo, Lisa Vangalio, Ovid. Grandchildren: Brandon Taber, Todd Butler and Sean Chapin. Great grandson, Madison Chapin. Several nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her husband, Thomas A. Taber on August 9, 1999. Brothers: Victor and James Hooper. Sisters: Joyce Powers and Cora Hooper.
