Seneca Falls - June Arlene Sinicropi, 87,of Clermont, FL and Seneca Falls, NY passed away Sunday, February 4th, 2018 at the Lane Purcell Hospice/Palliative Care House, Sumterville, FL., surrounded by her family.
A Memorial service, in Seneca Falls, will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Pathway Home, 1529 Mound Road, Seneca Falls, NY 13148
June was born on July 9, 1930 in Seneca Falls, NY, daughter of Harold and Sophie (Bickel) Wolf. She was a snowbird since 1991, traveling between Clermont, FL and Seneca Falls, NY. June was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Clermont, Florida and St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Seneca Falls, NY.
In the past, June was an active member of the Emerald Lakes Ladies Club, participating in activities and organizing many dinners and in the early years of the park, she was very active in organizing fund raising dinners to benefit Emerald Lakes.
While living in Seneca Falls, she volunteered for Meals on Wheels and was a member of Rumseyville Sportsmen Club. Early on in their marriage, June and Mark owned and operated a Red and White Grocery Store . She was also employed by Guaranteed Parts and Sylvania all in Seneca Falls, NY. For the majority of her life, June lovingly cared for her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her home.
June enjoyed playing cards with her friends in Emerald Lakes and Seneca Falls. She loved traveling and recently visited Italy with her husband and their children and spouses. She especially enjoyed their cross country motor home trip across the United States and her many years vacationing in the Canary Islands.
June is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Mark; children, Juleann (James) Uticone, Christine (Richard) Paolicelli, Steven Sinicropi and Deborah Sinicropi (Daughter in law), all of Seneca Falls, NY; grandchildren, Jamin, Mark, Jessamy, Justin, Miles , Dylan and Leah; great grandchildren, Phoenix, Laik, Dahlia Jo, James, Branson, Marco, Amico, Anthony, Ada, Ruby June and Selma and many cousins. June was predeceased by her son, Mark, age 48 and granddaughter Joleene, age 33
