L. Peter Korzeniewski, 72, of E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, NY, died Tuesday (March 19, 2013) at Geneva General Hospital, Geneva, NY.

According Pete’s wishes, funeral services and burial, under the direction of Doran Funeral Home, Seneca Falls, NY, will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no prior calling hours. If desired, contributions may be made to Pathway Home (Hospice Home), P.O. Box 516, Seneca Falls, NY 13148.

Pete was born in Utica, NY on July 12, 1940 the son of the late Leon & Mary Rakowski Korzeniewski. He had attended Akron University, Akron, Ohio and had served in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam War. He had resided in Seneca Falls since 1978 moving from Syracuse, NY and was retired from Gould’s Pumps of Seneca Falls. Pete was one who liked to fish, Hunt and garden. He, also, enjoyed woodworking.

He is survived by:
His wife, Loretta Barry Korzeniewski of Seneca Falls, whom he married on November 2, 1968

Kevin (Jolene) Korzeniewski – Seneca Falls, NY
Bryan (Stacy McGill) Korzeniewski – Missoula, Montana
6 grandchildren – Abbie, Ryan, & Ben Korzeniewski, Caitlyn, Will, & Chelsea Korzeniewski
