Seneca Falls – Margaret E. Luffman, 82, of Thorpe Road, Seneca Falls, NY, died Friday (February 27, 2015) at her residence.

Family and friends may attend a Celebration of Margaret’s Life on Saturday (March 7) at 12 Noon at the Kuneytown Sportsmen’s Club, 3735 Hoster Road, Seneca Falls, NY. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no prior calling hours. If desired, contributions may be made to the Seneca Falls Volunteer Fire Department, P. O. Box 184, Seneca Falls, NY 13148.

Margaret was born in the Town of Varick, NY on April 5, 1932 the daughter of the late Judson & Margaret Moses Dutton. She had resided most of her life in Seneca Falls. She was a past member of the American War Dads. She loved to bowl and swim and especially enjoyed time with her family.

She is survived by:

Judson (Robin) Luffman – Waterloo, NY
Martin (Bonnie) Luffman – South Dakota
Charles (Nancy) Luffman Jr. – Seneca Falls, NY
Donald (Tammy) Luffman – Seneca Falls, NY
Wesley Luffman – Seneca Falls, NY
John (Judy) Luffman – Hamburg, NY
22 Grandchildren & 32 Great Grandchildren
1 sister – Marlene “Peachy” Bowman – Seneca Falls, NY
A special niece, Doris Bowman, who was with Margaret at her time of need.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was predeceased by her husband, Charles Luffman Sr. who died July 13, 2011, twin sons, & a grandson, Edwin Luffman.
