WATERLOO/OVID — MARIE E. JOHNSON, age 86, of East Main Street Apartments in Waterloo and formerly of Route 89 in Ovid, died at Huntington Living Center on Friday, November 18, 2011.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday (Nov 25) at Covert Funeral Home, 7199 So. Main Street, Ovid.  A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday (Nov 26) at the funeral home with the Rev. Diane Walker of the Ovid Federated Church officiating. Prayers of committal will be held at Lake View Cemetery in Interlaken.

Kindly consider a donation to the Huntington Ladies Auxiliary, 369 East Main St, Waterloo, NY 13165 or the American Cancer Society, 6725 Lyons St. East Syracuse , NY 13057 in Marie’s memory.

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) upgrades are needed to provide comfort and optimal indoor air quality.

Total Cost: $4,000

CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS HVAC

 
We are hoping to provide updated laptops for our staff in order to better serve our clients, customers, and operations.

Total Cost: $600 each

CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS LAPTOPS

 
Our roof was in need of significant repair, which we financed with a loan. We are looking to pay the loan off in full.

Total Cost: $10,000

CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS ROOF
 
Through the services of Foodlink, we are able to provide a week’s worth of food for a family of 4 at only $80 per week.

Total Cost: $80 per family (3 meals a day / 5 days a week)
