Seneca Falls – Mario A. “Chick” DiDominick, 87, of Green St., Seneca Falls, NY, died Tuesday (February 21, 2012) at Geneva General Hospital, Geneva, NY.
Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, NY on Friday (February 24) from 4-7 PM followed by a funeral service at 7 PM at the funeral home with Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor of St. Patrick’s Church, Seneca Falls, officiating. Burial, with full military honors, will be in Sampson Veteran’s Cemetery, Town of Romulus, NY, at the convenience of the family. “Chick” was born in Seneca Falls on February 10, 1925 the son of the late James and Jennie Choppa DiDominick. He was a life resident of Seneca Falls and was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during World War II. He served his country as a Paratrooper during the Battle of the Bulge. He was retired from the Phillips-GTE of Seneca Falls and was a member of St. Patrick’s Church, Seneca Falls. He was an avid golfer and was a former member of the Seneca Falls Country Club. He was a member of the Lt. Cyrus Garnsey Post #1323 V.F.W., Seneca Falls, NY. “Chick” loved to garden and he enjoyed woodworking in the shop he had.

In addition to his parents, “Chick” was predeceased by 2 grandchildren, Christopher and Andrea DiDominick, 3 brothers, Anthony, James and John DiDominick, & 1 sister, Madeline DeJohn.
