Seneca Falls – Mary Louise Tanous, 95, of W. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, NY, died Tuesday (March 10, 2015) at Geneva General Hospital, Geneva, NY.
Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, on Saturday (March 14) from 11 AM to 12:30 PM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1 PM at St. Patrick’s Church, Seneca Falls with Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor, as celebrant. Spring burial will be in St. Columbkille Cemetery, Seneca Falls. If desired, contributions may be made to St. Patrick’s Church, 25 Center St., Waterloo, NY 13165.
Mary was born in Seneca Falls, NY on November 14, 1919 the daughter of the late Joseph & Mary Bietta Musillo. She was a life resident of Seneca Falls and a member of St. Patrick’s Church. Mary painted china over the years as a hobby and loved to crochet. She enjoyed sewing, especially working on wedding gowns. She, also, enjoyed making wedding cakes, something she was well-known for.

1 daughter-in-law – Catherine Tanous – Lake Oswego, Oregon
2 grandsons – Edward & Frederick Tanous – Lake Oswego, Oregon
1 sister – Emily Signorelli – Auburn, NY
1 sister-in-law – Vickie Aed – Washington, D.C.

In addition to her parents, Mary was predeceased by her husband, Frederick Tanous who died November 17, 1993, 2 sisters, Grace Attalino, Philomena Bellomo, and 2 brothers, Lawrence Musillo and Serino Musillo
