Seneca Falls – Randy Jay Jansen, 59, of Seneca Falls, NY, passed away on Sunday (December 24, 2017) at Geneva General Hospital, Geneva, NY, after a brief illness.
Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls from 4 PM to 6 PM on Saturday (December 30) followed by a funeral service at 6 PM at the funeral home with Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor of St. Patrick’s Church, Seneca Falls, officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl., Memphis, TN. 38105 or to the United Way of Seneca County, 215 Main St. Shop Ctr., Waterloo, NY 13165.
Randy was born on May 3, 1958, the son of the late Clifford & Christine Wisse Jansen of Newark, NY. He was a graduate of R.I.T. with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. He was the Director of Global Engineering, Industrial Products at I.T.T. Gould’s Pumps where he was employed for 40 years. He held several positions of increased responsibility & contributed to the companies long-term success.

His loving wife, Stacey Cousins Jansen of Seneca Falls, whom he married on September 7, 1996.
His brother, Darrick (Sallie) Jansen – Nolensville TN.
His nephews Todd & Tim (Valerie) Jansen
His great-niece, Hannah
His mother-in-law – Carolyn (Greg) Cotterill – Seneca Falls, NY
His father-in-law – Doug (Marie) Cousins – Seneca Falls, NY
Several aunts, uncles, cousins, very special friends, and of course, Toby.
In addition to his parents, Randy was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Brian Cousins.
