Seneca Falls – Richard J. Magill, 78, of Seneca Falls, New York, passed away on Sunday, (April 20, 2014). There will be no prior calling hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Richard was born in Seneca Falls, New York, and a lifetime resident. He was the son of the late Clarence and Anna (Kuryla) Magill. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Church. Richard was a United States Army Veteran, and during his service, was stationed in Germany. Richard was a former employee of the Seneca Falls Machine Company, Seneca Falls, NY and he later retired from the Seneca Army Depot, Romulus, NY. He was a quiet man and he had a wide number of interests ranging from nature and the outdoors including bird watching and wild life as well as the history of WWII. He enjoyed international foods, independent films, and visiting art and other museums.
