Waterloo - Robin Marie Pigman, 50, of Waterloo, died Friday (January 20, 2012) at her home.
In keeping with Robin’s wishes there will be no calling hours or service.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Wilmot Cancer Center, University of Rochester Medical Center, 601 Elmwood Ave., Box 704, Rochester, 14642.
Robin was born July 19, 1961, in Mt. Kisco, the daughter of Jerrold Kenneth and Helen Rosalie Black Hawks. She graduated from Waterloo High School. She served in the U. S. Army from 1979 to 1980. She was a 1985 graduate of Cochise College in Douglas, Arizona with an A.A.S. degree. While attending Cochise College she was a member of Who’s Who in American Junior Colleges. She had been employed with the NYS Experimental Station in Geneva, Zoto’s International, Ultra Life Batteries in Newark, and Ontario Co. ARC. She most recently had worked for Feher Rubbish in Geneva as a dispatcher.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffery L. Pigman; one son, Jeffery L. (Laura) Pigman, II of Phelps; one daughter, Jennifer (Michael) Dixon of Farmington; one grandson, Owen Dixon; her mother, Helen R. Hawks of Las Vegas, NV; two brothers, Brian K. (Jennifer) Hawks and Eugene T. (Melody) Hawks also of CA; one sister, Jamie Jo Hawks of Las Vegas, NV; her Pigman family, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her father, Jerrold Kenneth Hawks.
