Seneca Falls – Sandra D. Simolo, 72, formerly of Kenmore Estates, Seneca Falls, NY, died Sunday (July 20, 2014) at Seneca Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Waterloo, NY.

Family and friends may attend Sandra’s Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday (July 22) at 10 AM at St. Patrick’s Church with Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor, as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Columbkille Cemetery, Seneca Falls. If desired, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 North Beauregard Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22311.

Sandra was born in Seneca Falls, NY on December 12, 1941 the daughter of the late Charles & Sophie Strapach Nageldinger. She was a life resident of Seneca Falls and a member of St. Patrick’s Church, Seneca Falls. Sandra, over the years, enjoyed crafting. She had enjoyed to travel in her earlier years and always enjoyed her sweets.

She is survived by:

Stephen C. Simolo – Lansing, NY
4 grandchildren – Cassandra (Douglas) Shafer, Zachary, Ian, & Christopher Simolo
2 great grandchildren – Noah & Hannah Shafer
3 brothers – Gerald Nageldinger – Seneca Falls, NY
Roland (Bonnie Herman) Nageldinger – Seneca Falls, NY
Roger Nageldinger – Seneca Falls, NY
Several nieces and nephews
In addition to her parents, Sandra was predeceased by her husband, Henry F. Simolo who died December 3, 1995, and 2 brothers. Charles and Robert Nageldinger.
