The Seneca County Sheriff’s office reports that on November 28th, 2016 at 5:00 PM, Seneca County Deputies arrested Marty Dunn, age 45, of 89 Mill St , Clyde, on St Wood Marsh Road in the Town of Tyre.
He was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the fourth degree (A Misdemeanor). The arrest stemmed from a complaint. Upon Deputies making contact, they found a quantity of marijuana in his vehicle.
Dunn is to appear before the Town of Tyre Court on December 14th to answer the charges.
