Seneca Falls – Stephen F. Graham, 60, of Fall St., Seneca Falls, NY, passed away on Monday (April 9, 2018) at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY.

Family and friends attended Stephen’s Mass of Christian Burial on Friday (April 13) at 10 AM at St. Patrick’s Church, Seneca Falls with Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor, as celebrant. Burial followed in St. Columbkille Cemetery, Seneca Falls. There will be no prior calling hours.

Stephen was born in Bronx, NY on November 27, 1957 the son of the late David & Mary Ann Russini Graham. He resided in Seneca Falls for 25 years. Stephen was a graduate of Country College of Morris in New Jersey and was a Registered Nurse. He also was a Doctor of Chiropractic Science, graduating from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. He had worked at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY.

Stephen is survived by:
3 brothers – David (Nancy) Graham – Laytonsville, MD.
Brian Graham – Morristown, NJ
Thomas Graham – Gaithersburg, MD.
his long-term partner, Susan Ganser and his stepson, Jason Horn, and granddaughter, Michelle Horn. He also is survived by several nieces and nephews
In addition to his parents, Stephen was predeceased by 2 sisters, Eileen & Lee Anne Graham.
