S&S Auxiliary Slates  Vintage Jewelry Sale at The Windmill

The Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital Auxiliary will offer a Vintage Jewelry Sale on Saturday, September 9 at the Windmill, Route 14A, midway between Penn Yan and Dundee. The jewelry sale will be in the gazebo near the Windmill office. Hours will be 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

A wide variety of used jewelry, all at bargain prices, will be available.

Proceeds from the sale of the jewelry are used by the Auxiliary to support projects at the Hospital.

Soldiers & Sailors Auxiliary Sponsoring a Fish Fry “To Go” Sale

The Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital Auxiliary is sponsoring a Fish Fry “To Go” sale on Friday, September 15 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The sale will be held at Lyons National Bank, 205 Liberty Street, Penn Yan. Please look for signs and the yellow catering truck.

Pre-orders are recommended, but you may also stop by that day. Dinners offered include a fish (haddock) dinner for $11, a shrimp dinner for $12, or a scallop dinner for $12. All dinners are served with salt potatoes, cole slaw, bread, and condiments. The fish fry is provided by Waterfalls (Thurston) Catering. To place a pre-order, call (315) 531-2053 or stop by the Peppermint Parlor at the hospital.
