
Town of Seneca Falls issued the police reports following the investigations of three separate misdemeanor or violation inicidents.
Criminal Mischief/Ulawful Imprisonment
On Sunday, July 14, 2019, at 9:30 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Christopher J. Freeman, age 32, of Seneca Falls, New York following a domestic incident.
During the domestic incident, Freeman allegedly intentionally damaged property of another residents and prevented them from leaving. Freeman was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, both misdemeanors.
Freeman was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignement. He will be due back in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer the charges.
Harassment Charge
On Friday, July 12, 2019, at 10:55 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Ray F. Chilson, age 66, of Seneca Falls, New York following a family trouble call.
During a verbal argument with another family member, Chilson became upset and struck the male in the face with a closed fist. Chilson was charged with one count of harassment in the second degree, a violation.
Chilson was issued an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 25, 2019, at 9:00 am to answer the charge.
Theft of Bicycle
On Friday, July 12, 2019, at 9:02 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Aden L. Blevins, age 31, of Seneca Falls, New York following a theft. Blevins had stolen a bicycle out of a local residents front yard.
He was charged with one count of petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Blevins was issued an appearance ticket and released.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on August 14, 2019, at 12:00 pm to answer the charge.
