
The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department released the following reports of recent arrests.
Failure to Appear
On Friday, November 22, 2019, at 7:53 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Lee A. Oshea, age 26, of Wolcott, New York. The arrest stems from an arrest in 2018 for the original charge of petit larceny. Oshea was originally released on an appearance ticket. When she failed to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court a warrant was issued for her arrest.
Oshea was incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on unrelated charges. When she was released the police department arrested her.
She was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. Oshea will be due in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer for the charges.
Driving with Suspended Registration
On Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at 1:53 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jessikah B. Everts, age 25, of Lodi, New York following a traffic stop on Garden Street.
Police originally stopped Everts for a motor vehicle registration violation, the vehicle she was operating had a suspended registration. Everts was charged with one count of operating a motor vehicle while registration is suspended, a misdemeanor.
Everts was released from the scene and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 18, 2019 at 9:00 am.
Operating Without Ignition Interlock Device
On Friday, November 22, 2019, at 12:14 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested James L. Dyer, age 33, of Seneca Falls, New York following a traffic stop on Fall Street.
Dyer was stopped by police after the vehicle he was operating was observed failing to stop at a stop sign. During the traffic stop it was also discovered that Dyer was operating the motor vehicle while his drivers license was suspended and without a required ignition interlock device.
Dyer was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, operating out of ignition interlock restriction, unlicensed operator, and failure to stop at stop sign.
Dyer was processed and released from the scene on traffic tickets. He will be due in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 18, 2019, at 9:00 am to answer the charges.
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation
On Thursday, November 21, 2019, at 9:12 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Johnny A. Robinson, age 51, of Auburn, New York following a traffic stop on Balsley Road.
Police originally stopped Robinson for operating a motor vehicle with an expired inspection certificate. During the traffic stop it was discovered that Robinson was operating the vehicle with a suspended drivers license.
Robinson was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and unlicensed operator. He was processed and released from the scene on traffic tickets. Robinson will be due in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 18, 2019, at 9:00 am to answer the charges.
