Several charges were filed against a Waterloo woman who police say was driving while impaired by drugs and alcohol with an improperly restrained 4-year-old in the back seat.
On November 25, 2018, Troopers out of SP Waterloo arrested Megan C. Stivers, 28, of Waterloo, for operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, aggravated driving while intoxicated (with a child), back seat passenger under age 4 with improper restraint, criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
Troopers responded to a suspicious vehicle on Waterloo Geneva Road in the Town of Waterloo. Stivers was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.
She was transported to SP Lyons for processing and was found in possession of adderall. Stivers was transported to the Seneca County Jail to await the Centralized Arraignment Court.
