A Romulus man already in jail without bail on other pending charges, was arraigned on charges of grand larceny for charging $22K in purchases on a Waterloo resident’s credit cards.
The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Sheriff Deputies arrested David G. Brownell age 49 currently of 6150 Rt 96 (Seneca County Correctional Facility) Romulus, NY on the charge of grand larceny in the 3rd degree.
Brownell was arrested in June for possession of 43 packets of heroin. See that story on Seneca Daily HERE.
Charges stem from Brownell allegedly charging over $22,000 worth of merchandise illegally on credit cards of a victim from the Town of Waterloo.
Brownell was arraigned before the Town of Waterloo Court; and is to return on 08/09/12 at 5pm to answer to the charges. Brownell is currently remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on separate pending charges without bail.
