The Waterloo Police Department arrested Pierson L. Dey, 17 of 21 West Williams Street Waterloo, NY for Assault in the second degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the fourth degree, Menacing in the second degree (3 counts), and Reckless Endangerment in the second degree (3 counts) after a fight during which one person was stabbed.
The arrest is the result of a complaint of a fight where it is alleged that Dey did wield a knife, threatening to stab multiple persons and did stab a person. The name of the victim or the nature of the nature of any injuries was not released.
Dey was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and was held in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 secure bond. Dey is to reappear at a later date and time to answer the charges.
The Waterloo Police Department was assisted by the New York State Police and the Clyde Ambulance.
